I have tried quite a few of Rachel Ray's recipes and honestly there are a few that I have not liked AT ALL but this one is wonderful. Very quick to make (an honest 30 minute meal) and oh so tastey!!!!
I followed the recipe just the way it was written and served with corn and mashed potatoes.
