My hubby goes to Rochester, NY (we live in OH) every weekend during the summer for a drum and bugle corps that he is in. Well this past weekend he didn't go so I got to make breakfast for a change! We had French Toast w/ Scrambled Eggs - yummmmm!!!I am not sure what I did so different to the eggs other than a few sprinkles of red pepper flake, but they turned out wonderful! I am a egg with ketchup person and I didn't even need the ketchup with these - or hot sauce!!!
The french toast turned out really good too (not going to list a recipe since it really isn't one) I just added some cinnamon and nutmeg to my egg mixture then dipped and cooked them on the electric griddle!
