I have been dying – dying to have some barbecue chicken! Friday evening I finally got my chance. We made some chicken thighs and legs and then 2 boneless breasts! Turned out wonderfully!
Had corn on the cob and baked beans with it! Not really a recipe for any of this – but a tip on the corn: We did these on the grill and since I bought them already partly husked I had no choice but to go the aluminum foil route. If you grill this way make sure that the shiny part is in – other wise it radiates the heat off of the corn and it will take a whole lot longer to cook! These grilled for about 25 minutes – turning every minute or so. I just salt and peppered the corn tossed a tbsp of butter in and wrapped it up.
